More than 700 supports, art patrons and community philanthropists are expected to converge at City View to attend the 2015 Art for AIDS event, with proceeds supporting the programs at the UCSF Alliance Health Project.

Unifying artists, galleries, designers and collectors, Art for AIDS is San Francisco's premier art auction, bringing the Bay Area art community together to support mental health and wellness services for LGBTQ and HIV-affected San Francisco residents.

Art for AIDS began 19 years ago when local artists sold their art to help raise money for friends living with HIV/AIDS. Over the years Art for AIDS has grown, attracting renowned artists such as Hung Liu, Jock Sturges, Brian Blood, Matthew Frederick, Fernando Reyes, Lucky Rapp, Jylian Gustlin, and many others, along with works from prominent Bay Area galleries and collectors.

Guests will enjoy gourmet food and wine from Bay Area restaurants and wineries that include Bisou, E & O, Garibaldi's, Melon's Catering, Precita Park Café, and Miner Family Winery.

Art for AIDS is the Alliance Health Project's annual fundraiser. Since 1984, AHP has provided mental health services to the LGBTQ and HIV affected community, including HIV counseling and testing, psychiatry and psychotherapy, substance use counseling and case management, and crisis intervention.
