Pittsburgh-based InventHelp is working to submit this idea, the GATE LATCH, to companies for their consideration and potential feedback.
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) September 03, 2015
"I have repaired a lot of fence gates, and I always find it frustrating to repair the latch," said an inventor from Garden Grove, Calif. "In order to make gate latches more efficient, convenient and easy to use, I devised this improved version."
He created a prototype for the GATE LATCH to allow a gate to be opened and closed easily. The latch provides hands-free operation. It is quick and easy to install. The accessory is usable on both wooden and vinyl fencing. Furthermore, it can be used with most types of padlocks.
The original design was submitted to the Orange County office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
