Amen Properties Announces Purchase of 100% of SFF Production, LLC

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Amen Properties, Inc. (OTC Pink: AMEN) today announced that on December 31, 2014 it completed the purchase of all minority interests in SFF Production, LLC. Amen now owns 100% of SFF Production, the entity that holds title to the working interests purchased from Santa Fe Energy Trust and Devon Energy Production Company back in 2007.

Prior to this purchase, Amen owned approximately 81% of SFF Production. The minority interests were purchased for $1.3 million, almost all of which was paid via the issuance of 2,035 shares of Amen common stock at a value of $600 per share.
