BOSTON, Dec. 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- At a meeting held today, the Board of Trustees of Eaton Vance Floating-Rate Income Plus Fund EFF and Eaton Vance Floating-Rate Income Trust EFT (the "Funds"), each a closed-end investment company, voted to hold the Annual Meetings of Shareholders of each Fund concurrently on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. (EDT). The meetings will be held at the principal office of the Funds, Two International Place, Boston, Massachusetts 02110.  Proxy materials will be mailed on or about January 27, 2015 to shareholders of record on January 12, 2015.  Shareholders of each Fund will be asked to vote on the election of four Class II Trustees of such Fund.  The results of the meetings will be reported in a subsequent report to shareholders.
