Rockwood Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Rockwood Holdings, Inc. ROC today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per share. The dividend is payable on December 4, 2014 to all common stockholders of record at the close of business on November 17, 2014.

The declaration and payment of any future dividends, however, will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
