BELLINGHAM, WA / ACCESSWIRE / November 3, 2014 / VID3G, INC. (OTC Pink: VIDG) Vid3G is pleased to announce the company has signed a Letter of Intent for the purchase of Superior Adsorbents Inc. (SAI), a private company specializing in custom made impregnated carbons for water and waste water applications.

After evaluating several opportunities over the past few months, management has negotiated a 100% buy out of SAI with the final terms to be finalized in the next few weeks.  SAI is a private Pennsylvania company started in 1987 that has over the years built its customer base supplying over 30,000,000 lbs. of fine mesh activated carbons for home water, municipal water, and waste water applications in USA and world-wide from its 45,000 sq. ft. facility in rural northwestern Pennsylvania

SAI now specializes in custom made impregnated carbons for water and waste water applications. The company's main objective is to focus on water purification services for high quality / impurity free drinking water in addition to providing a wide range of carbons for H2S odor control.
