Aerius International Inc. Engages Law Firm to Facilitate Up-Listing to OTCQB Exchange; Selects Manufacturer; Enters SaaS Sector

The Board of Directors of Aerius International Inc. is pleased to announce that Harold Rounds, Interim Chief Executive Officer, has been elected to Aerius International's Board of Directors effective September 14, 2014.

On October 3, 2014, Aerius International retained the services of Bauman and Associates Law Firm to complete the necessary filings to upgrade the company to fully reporting status on the OTCQB Exchange.

Aerius International has retained the services of Hatch Smart Manufacturing, located in Shenzhen China, to develop and manufacture its branded smartphones, based on Aerius' proprietary antenna technology and scheduled to debut in 2015. Engineers from Hatch Smart Manufacturing and Aerius International began the process of exchanging design specifications in mid-August.

Hatch Smart Manufacturing will also supply Aerius International with branded, non-proprietary Android smartphones and tablets for resale beginning in Q4 2014.

Aerius International Inc. is integrating Software as a Service (SaaS) into its business model. SaaS is a software licensing and delivery model in which software is licensed on a subscription basis and is centrally hosted. It is sometimes referred to as "on-demand software". SaaS is a new way of distributing software in which vendors or service providers, instead of selling it to companies, make it available to customers over the internet, using cloud-computing technology. "This widening of our business scope will increase shareholder value and expand our customer base," says Harold Rounds, Interim CEO.

On September 26, 2014, Aerius International reached an exclusive licensing agreement with Arithmtech Corporation for its Healthcare, School and Transportation Management software. The Healthcare application provides practice management and electronic medical record services for medical practitioners. The Transportation software contains a suite of modules that enable its users to source, plan, execute, settle and analyze their transportation processes. The School software is for small and midsize educational institutions from K-12 to university level. It lets educational institutions and teams manage their students, teachers and education process workflows and productivity. All modules will be available to customers, on-demand, under a subscription or "pay-as-you-go" model.

Aerius International has also contracted with Uvault Media Platform to deliver the applications to Android and IOS wireless devices using cloud technology.

On September 14, 2014 John Papadakis resigned from the Aerius International Board of Directors.
