A-TEC Units Currently Under Build for Shipment to GASE in October

Compressors Expected to Increase GASE Output 45% in 2015

NEW YORK, NY and KIEV, UKRAINE / ACCESSWIRE / September 18, 2014 / GASE Energy, Inc. GASE ("GASE" or the "Company") which controls over 160 square miles of producing, clean energy holdings through two local operating companies in Ukraine, today announced the Company has placed orders for two A-TEC gas compressors for delivery and installation at GASE's natural gas production facility.  The installation of the units is expected to increase GASE's monthly production approximately 45%.

The A-TEC gas compressor units have been procured through Anlagentechnik GmbH, Germany. The compressors will be added to GASE's flare system installed in 2012.  Excess methane gas currently burned off by GASE's flare system will be redirected to its compressor units for capture, compression, and processing to increase the amount of natural gas which can be sold to GASE's customers.  The installation of the compressors will allow GASE to increase gas output an estimated 45% while remaining 100% with local and international regulations.  The resulting decrease in flare emissions may also produce emission credits for GASE, which can be sold to international carbon credit markets.

"While the situation remains tense our country, natural gas is a consistent topic of conversation for our national security and our economy," stated Timur Khromaev, CEO of GASE. "We are one of many companies preparing for increased natural gas production and laying the groundwork to increase domestic output.  Our newly-ordered compressor units are another step in our plans to meet increasing demand by our current customer base and boost our production to service more customers."

GASE has two gas processing facilities, one each on the NT and ST domes, each with capacity of 350 MMCF per month. Once installed and operational, GASE anticipates they will be able to increase monthly production of 2.38 MMCF to approximately 3.44 MMCF per month.  The Company also owns a 13.5 km gas pipeline to its customers to directly serve their demand.
