Scheduled for completion in August 2015, the new headquarters building will become home to Satcom Direct's team and technology.

The 41,212-sq-ft, two-story, LEED Certified building will feature an open floor plan that maximizes the use of natural daylight. The new headquarters will be located in Melbourne, Florida. The company is currently housed in several buildings in Satellite Beach, Florida.

“Our Campus of Excellence is being designed to bring the team together in an environment that fosters innovation and creativity,” said Jim Jensen, Satcom Direct founder and CEO. “The building has both technological and natural features to inspire our growing team.”

The new site boasts features such as underground parking to keep employee cars out of the sun, an on-site fitness facility as well as water features. The building will be able to accommodate growth up to 200 employees.

The second floor of the building will have 16-inch high raised flooring, allowing the space to be easily reconfigured, as well as permitting wiring and other connections to be hidden away from view. The lobby will be highlighted by a two-story glass atrium with a floating conference room at the top.
