Golden Bridge Mining Corporation Announces Corporate Update, Name Change, and Amendment to Terms of Option Agreement

Toronto, ON / ACCESSWIRE /August 28, 2014 / Golden Bridge Mining Corporation (TSXV: GBM) ("Golden Bridge," or "the Company") hereby announces that the Company has approved the increase in the number of directors of the Company from six (6) to seven (7) at a Special Meeting of Shareholders held on August 28, 2014.

At the Special Meeting, shareholders of the Company elected Mr. John Eansor to the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Eansor is the managing director of Norvista Resources Corporation and brings over 30 years of business experience in the resources industry and investment sector.

At the Special Meeting, Shareholders of the Company have approved, subject to the approval of the TSX-Venture Exchange, Articles of Amendment changing the name of the Company to Golden Bridge Development Corporation ("Golden Bridge").

Effective August 28, 2014, Golden Bridge announces that it has amended the terms of its option agreement with respect to the Hebecourt Property located near Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec. Under the terms of the amending agreement, the Company has extended the date for the incurrence of $274,000 in the exploration expenditures commitment, related to the third anniversary, for one year to August 28, 2015.
