Juhl Energy Prices Follow-On Offering of Common Stock

PIPESTONE, MN / ACCESSWIRE / August 1, 2014 / Juhl Energy, Inc. JUHL, (the "Company"), a leading provider of clean energy solutions and a leader in community wind power development, has priced its underwritten public offering of 10,750,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $0.20 per share. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,612,500 shares of common stock at the public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any. The gross proceeds from the offering will be approximately $2,150,000, or $2,472,500 if the over-allotment option is exercised in full, prior to deducting underwriting commissions and offering expenses. The offering is expected to close on or about Wednesday, August 6, 2014, subject to the satisfaction of the customary closing conditions.
