Endesa Chile Announces Today the Filing of the 2013 Annual Report on Form 20-F

SANTIAGO, Chile, April 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Endesa Chile EOC, announced today that its 2013 Annual Report on Form 20-F has been filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on April 2^nd , 2014.

Endesa Chile is an electric utility company engaged in the generation and sale of electricity in Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Peru. We have 13,688 MW of installed capacity with 178 generating units in the four countries where we operate.
