David H. Womack joins the little bank Board of Directors

KINSTON, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

The little bank LTLB has announced that David H. Womack has been elected to serve on the Company's corporate Board of Directors.

Mr. Womack is Chairman of Womack Electric Supply Co., Inc., a family owned independent electrical distributor since 1938. Mr. Womack has served on the Board of Directors of many organizations over the years. He presently serves on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Aquarium, the Boys and Girls Club of Pitt County, and the Vidant Health/Vidant Medical Center Board of Trustees.

Rob Jones, President and CEO of the little bank stated, “Dave's extensive knowledge of the Eastern North Carolina marketplace will benefit us well as we grow our Bank. His business experience will allow him to have a very positive impact on our organization.”

The little bank was founded by a group of prominent Eastern North Carolina businessmen in November of 1998.
