HAVANT, UK, Jan. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Xyratex Ltd XRTX, a leading provider of data storage technology, today announced that it will release its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2013 financial results on Monday, January 13^th at 8:00 am Eastern Time.  However, in light of the company's definitive agreement with Seagate announced on December 23, 2013, the company has cancelled its fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2013 earnings conference call and webcast that had been previously scheduled for Monday, January 13, 2014 at 4:30 pm Eastern Time.
