Urban Ag Corp Awarded Project to Decommission 20 Towers in Oklahoma and Texas

NORTH ANDOVER, Mass., Dec. 18, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Urban Ag Corp. AQUM (the "Company"), announced today that Terra Asset Management, Inc. ("TAM"), an operating unit of its wholly-owned subsidiary Greenwire Enterprises, Inc., has been awarded a project by Vertical Innovations, LLC to project manage the decommission of 20 towers for a tier one carrier along the border of Oklahoma and Texas. The project is ongoing and the Company expects to receive further tower work in the area.  

In addition, B&R Telephone ("B&R"), an operating unit of its wholly-owned subsidiary Greenwire Enterprises, Inc., has been awarded the following projects to provide voice and data services as well as upgrades and expansions in the Corpus Christi/South Texas area. The Company is providing equipment installation for Sphon Hospital, H V Equipment Service Company, Basic Energy Company, and B C Equipment. In addition, B&R will be providing cabling and configurations for Camacho Recycling Company, three additional Wal-Mart locations, and two additional SAM's stores in surrounding areas of Corpus Christi. The Company will begin providing services and support for these projects immediately.
