Urban Ag Corp to Provide Additional Voice and Data Services in Corpus Christi

NORTH ANDOVER, Mass., Nov. 26, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Urban Ag Corp. AQUM (the "Company"), announced today that B&R Telephone ("B&R"), an operating unit of its wholly-owned subsidiary Greenwire Enterprises, Inc., has been awarded the following projects to provide voice and data upgrade and expansion services in the Corpus Christi area.

Installation is being provided to the following companies: Women's & Men's Health Services of Corpus Christi, Peerless Cleaners, Com Tech, Dr. Frank Martinez, Star Orthodontics, Chuck E Cheese, Unique Temp Services, Systems Sold and Jackson Wood Presbyterian Church.

Service is being provided to the following companies: DOW Chemical, Gulf Island Fabricators, Christus Health, Harbor View Center, Conway Trucking and United Rentals.

The Company will begin providing services and support for them immediately. B&R Telephone has recently completed installations for the Wal-Mart, Target, Walgreen and United Health Care in Corpus Christi, Texas.

In addition, Terra Asset Management, Inc. ("TAM"), an operating unit of its wholly-owned subsidiary Greenwire Enterprises, Inc., provided project management for Vertical Innovations' installation of tower modifications for a tier one carrier, on three tower sites under 150 feet. The Company is currently bidding on other upcoming tower and microwave projects.

Greenwire Enterprises' operating subsidiaries serve a wide customer base that includes telecom customers such as Verizon, Motorola, Alcatel-Lucent, Time Warner and general contractors serving national customers such as Wal-Mart, CVS and Gulf Marine.
