SAN FRANCISCO, June 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Salesforce.com CRM, the world's #1 CRM platform (http://www.salesforce.com/), and ExactTarget ET, a leading cloud marketing platform, today announced their receipt of notice from the Federal Trade Commission of the early termination of the required waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, with respect to salesforce.com's proposed acquisition of ExactTarget, which was announced June 4, 2013. The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions, including the valid tender of more than 50 percent of the outstanding shares of ExactTarget common stock.
