Granite House, a men's extended care program located in New Hampshire, adds a Marketing Executive Assistant to its organization. Jessica Merrill, Maine native brings 10 years of experience in business management to the newly created position.

The Granite House, a men's extended care program located in New Hampshire, announces today that Jessica Merrill will be filling the newly created position of Marketing and Executive Assistant. In her new role, Jessica will be supporting our Chief Marketing Officer Michael Smith, digital & multimedia marketing, the community outreach team and admissions department.

She joins The Granite House after moving from Northern New Hampshire where she, along with her husband, owned and operated a large lodging and full food service property. During this time Jessica gained immeasurable experience overseeing all front office operations while leading and directing all sales and business development efforts. Her skill set includes but is not limited to business management, departmental support and a technical background which will nicely round out her new position here with The Granite House team.

Michael Smith, Chief Marketing Officer at The Granite House states, "The inclusion of Jessica at Granite House will provide the much needed additional support for our admissions team and marketing department do what they do best. This will ultimately help in developing the company into a bigger, better and stronger organization than it already is."

Originally from Southern Maine, Jessica was first introduced to the addiction treatment field while working with Day One Substance Abuse and Mental Health services in South Portland, Maine. This is where she originally gained a desire to help those with an addiction history, while serving as the Juvenile Drug Treatment Court department assistant. She developed relationships with several professionals throughout the field of addiction treatment. While she did leave the field for a brief period of time, she is happy to return to doing what she enjoys most, working with teams of people who want to help others.
