KBW Announces Changes to KBW Capital Markets Index (KSXSM)

Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc., a full-service, boutique investment bank and broker-dealer that specializes in the financial services sector, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Stifel Financial Corporation SF, announces the following changes:

Effective prior to the opening of business on Wednesday, March 6, 2013, Eaton Vance Corp. EV, will be added as a member of the KBW Capital Markets Index (KSX^SM). At the same time, Jefferies Group, Inc. JEF will be removed from KBW Capital Markets Index due to the recently completed acquisition by Leucadia National Corporation LUK.
