The firm, which has offices in Fayetteville, Arkansas; and Tulsa, Oklahoma, plans to add several positions in 2013 as it continues its swift growth and expansion. To help fill these positions, capSpire is actively recruiting new and recent college graduates from universities including University of Arkansas, University of Tulsa, Oklahoma State University, and Missouri University of Science and Technology. capSpire representatives will attend the Science Technology Engineering and Math Career Fair at the University of Arkansas on February 27. Successful candidates will be provided a comprehensive, intense “boot camp” training program that covers commodity trade risk management (CTRM), best practices around CTRM consulting, and business processes and solutions. Once through the eight week training period, new employees will have the tools and training they need to succeed.
