capSpire looking for the best and brightest recruits on college campuses; firm will continue new hire "boot camp" to equip employees with the tools they need to succeed.
Fayettevill, AR (PRWEB) February 27, 2013
capSpire, a global commodity trading and risk management consulting and solutions firm, has almost completed its spring schedule for on-campus interviews and information sessions for open career opportunities. The firm, which has offices in Fayetteville, Arkansas; and Tulsa, Oklahoma, plans to add several positions in 2013 as it continues its swift growth and expansion. To help fill these positions, capSpire is actively recruiting new and recent college graduates from universities including University of Arkansas, University of Tulsa, Oklahoma State University, and Missouri University of Science and Technology. capSpire representatives will attend the Science Technology Engineering and Math Career Fair at the University of Arkansas on February 27. Candidates looking for a challenging career with excellent growth potential are urged to apply.
Successful candidates will be provided a comprehensive, intense “boot camp” training program that covers commodity trade risk management (CTRM), best practices around CTRM consulting, and business processes and solutions. Once through the eight week training period, new employees will have the tools and training they need to succeed.
“From the moment they step into our offices, we want to invest in our employees and put them in the best possible position to excel at capSpire. We focus on continuous learning and professional growth as the best indicators of an employee's success within our company. For that reason, our consultants receive the best training and have access to seasoned CTRM consultants to become true experts in our field. If an employee is willing to put the effort into continually learning and growing, we think their potential is unlimited,” says capSpire co-founder Jeff Hardcastle.
The eight week “boot camp” is one facet of capSpire's unique, award-winning company culture. Coupled with an above average benefits package and vacation policy, capSpire offers a creative work environment that's fun, challenging and rewarding. In 2012, capSpire was awarded the national Alfred P. Sloan Award for the use of creative ideas to help employees achieve the best of both worlds — a quality family life along with a satisfying, successful career.
