Paul Mazzarella releases his first novel for women, Promissory Notes

Boston, MA (PRWEB) February 17, 2013

Local author, Paul Mazzarella, releases his first book today. Promissory Notes is an inspiring women's fiction charting the journey of a single woman who, after having put life on hold to attend to her ailing mother, has to come to terms with her overwhelming sadness over her mother's death. The reader delves into a journey of self-discovery as the main character finds her strength in a passionate romance with a captivating stranger, and creates a whole new, previously unimagined life for herself.

The novel examines themes of love, loss, and renewal through the lens of an unmarried thirty-seven-year-old woman. According to the author, "I wanted to tell the story from the persepctive that we experience a few profound moments in life which tend to affect the way we live for years to come. All of the main characters have individually faced adversity. It's how they dealt with it which makes the book interesting."

About the Author Paul Mazzarella, a lifelong Massachusetts resident, currently resides in Lynnfield with his loving wife of twenty years, Susie, and their mischievous two-year old Vizsla, Dante.
