NEW YORK, Feb. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Joe Wright, Chairman and CEO of Chart Acquisition Corp. CACGU and Senior Advisor to Chart Capital Partners, will participate in a panel discussion at The Cowen and Company 34th Annual Aerospace/Defense Conference at the Intercontinental New York Barclay Hotel in New York City on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 from 8:55 am - 9:35 am ET.

Mr. Wright will participate in a panel titled "Cyber Threat Trends -- How Big A Problem?,"  moderated by Cai von Rumohr, managing director and senior research analyst at Cowen and Company.  The Q&A-format panel will explore significant developments, challenges and innovations in the cyber security arena.
