Fort Worth, Texas (PRWEB) January 15, 2013

On Dec. 14, 2012, Clear Fork Royalty II, LP closed its limited partnership to further investors. The partnership, which specializes in the acquisition of mineral rights, royalties, and working interests, is currently funded and management is actively seeking oil and gas interests throughout the United States.

In the past two years, this is the second fund for the Clear Fork Royalty II, LP general partners. Management is proud to report that the new offering has brought in more than triple the number of investors from its first limited partnership. “The ability to show a strong track record from our initial partnership was vital to our ability to substantially grow our second fund. We have been able to prove a sound business model over the past couple of years and look forward to continuing to purchase oil and gas royalties for the foreseeable future,” says Ryan Haggerty, fund partner.

The fund's management team—Michael DeWoody, Joseph DeWoody, Ryan Haggerty and Hunter Allen—are actively seeking properties across the country and currently targeting interests in the Anadarko Basin and Fayetteville Shale. The fund expects to capitalize on historically low natural gas prices. “The natural gas market continues to offer a unique buying opportunity. Due to the long term strategy of the fund, there is a tremendous amount of upside at the current price level. The oil and gas mineral market is also becoming more liquid and as new shale wells are drilled, the market is consistently growing,” says Joseph DeWoody.

Clear Fork Royalty II, LP was formed to acquire oil and gas mineral rights, royalty interests, leasehold and working interests in various productive basins throughout the United States. The company's management team has more than 100 years in the oil and gas industry and currently manages interests in 210 counties across 20 states. The company has developed a proprietary mineral acquisition strategy by leveraging their many years of combined industry experience and strategic relationships with multiple oil and gas exploration and production companies, geologists, petroleum engineers and land professionals. Clear Fork Royalty employs an experienced acquisition team that works diligently with sellers to make their experience hassle-free and profitable.
