Customers have named jewellery making website Cookson Gold a ‘trade benchmark' and ‘the best around' in a recent e-survey. More than 1,000 users took part in the survey, which also showed great results for the retailer's new beading range.

Cookson Gold customers have ranked the jewellery making website as a leader in its industry.
In a recent survey, more than two thirds of website users asked said that they considered. Cookson Gold to be the ‘trade benchmark', and ‘the best around'.
Overall, customers gave the website an average high score of eight out of ten, whilst the checkout process and site speed were each given an impressive nine out of ten. Plus 90% of customers reported that they would recommend the site to a friend.
Cookson Gold has launched a number of new products since its last e-survey was conducted in April – most notably its bead range.
Customers gave the new beading range big thumbs up, rating the quality of the products an average of eight out of ten. The scope of the product range was scored a similarly impressive eight out of ten.
More than two thirds of those surveyed had read The Bench, Cookson Gold's new, free jewellery making magazine, most of whom rated its content a solid eight out of ten.

More than 1,000 users completed the survey, which was conducted towards the end of last year.
