To meet the advanced technical training needs of intellectual property prosecution paralegals, assistants, secretaries and associates, IPParalegals' Patent Prosecution Fundamentals training course IPP-PPF102 registration has been extended through Monday January 7th.
COURSE OVERVIEW
Commencing January 8th 2013, PPF102 is a 4-week / 16-hour course comprised of eight 2-hour classes plus a week 5 final test. Classes are held each Tuesday and Thursday evening between 7:30pm & 9:30pm U.S. CST.
IPParalegals Patent Prosecution Fundamentals PPF102 is an intermediate-level introduction to the science of patent prosecution. Upon successful completion, students will have a fundamental understanding of how to prosecute a patent application in the United States.
Detailed procedural analysis, advanced research techniques, plus finding, assessing and troubleshooting filing errors and implementing their solutions will be covered. Also included will be numerous new changes in patent prosecution procedures as a result of the America Invents Act implementation effective September 16, 2012.
As a prerequisite, completion of IPParalegals' Patent Prosecution Fundamentals course PPF101 - or possessing equivalent experience - is recommended.
