The newest addition to the California Market Center is just in time for the 2013 New Year Resolution rush; with personalized one-on-one Pilates and Personal Training programs that are geared towards building the individuals body from the inside out.
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) January 03, 2013
Coreout Fitness is a brand new boutique Pilates and Personal Training studio that will be opening for business in early January inside the Fashion Districts California Market Center in Downtown Los Angeles. The studio will offer individuals and duos the opportunity to obtain a unique and personalized one-on-one Personal Training and Pilates experience that will teach the importance of the 'core-out' fitness routine.
The company was founded by two northwest native cousins who shared a lifelong passion for both fitness and health; Leslie Garbett, certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) with a stunt background in television and film, and Camille Carrigan, former Gymnast and Gymnastics Instructor with a Pilates Technique Certification from one of the most established and respected Pilates teacher training programs in Los Angeles.
The name, Coreout Fitness, stems from the companies unique fitness program that aims to focus on building the individuals body from the inside out. Unlike many studios, Coreout Fitness is based on the philosophy of using little to no fitness equipment, and teaching its students ways to practice what they learn inside the studio, anywhere. The Coreout program is personalized for each of its clients needs. The instructors will encourage a mix of both the Pilates and Personal Training in order to take full advantage of what they have to offer. Two standard services being offered are the private one-on-one 55 minute session and the 25 minute “Power Lunch Workout.”
Private client Zelda Delgado from Australia said, “Their program has been an inspiration in getting my husband and I back into a regular fitness routine. With unique and versatile techniques catered to our individual fitness levels, we are now able to focus on our personal fitness goals without the need of a gym. I regularly travel with work, and by investing 20 mins in a hotel room, I can improve, and maintain my desired fitness level.”
Coreout Fitness will be providing free fitness consultations during their open house on January 3rd and 4th from 10am until 3pm in Suite A764 inside the California Market Center on 110 East 9th Street in Downtown Los Angeles. Doors will officially open for business on January 7th.
