Kaleidoscope Adventures, one of the leading student tour operators in the U.S., today announced the creation of the OrlandoFest President's Day Show Choir Spectacular, a show choir festival that will be held February 13 – 17, 2014.
Recognized as Central Florida's best performing arts music festival, OrlandoFest is a music festival/competition offering elementary, middle school, junior high and senior high school performance ensembles the chance to showcase their musical talents on stage before adjudicators who are leaders in the music industry. In the same tradition, the OrlandoFest President's Day Show Choir Spectacular will afford each show choir the same opportunity to participate in either a non-competitive or competitive music festival performance, which includes a post-performance evaluation from nationally recognized show choir adjudicators. The competition will be held at the Toon Lagoon Theater at the Universal Orlando® Resort. The weekend will include an amazing schedule of events, combining the adventure, fun and excitement of Universal's two theme parks. Plus, each show choir who participates will receive a DVD video recording of their on-stage performance and an awards ceremony including soloist awards, best show choir, and more.
