Lindahl identified the first step of any short sale process to be to find the right agent. "Finding the right agent who has the best resources and the homeowner's best interests in mind is a very important step,"Kris Lindahl said at the seminar. Lindahl went on to describe how an Ally Bank representative and the real estate agent will negotiate a selling price for the home once a buyer is found and then write up a short sale approval letter.

Lindahl also briefly showed the audience members how to use and access several online resources that he's created including short sale calculators, an eBook, a video series on YouTube, and a soon-to-be-released down payment assistance calculator.
