She will be performing on three consecutive evenings – March 27, 28 and 29 – at 7. The performances are part of her Red Tour that is set to begin on March 13. These will also be her last before a two-week break in her tour that will precede a concert in Miami on April 10.
The Prudential Center is conveniently located 10 miles west of Manhattan. The arena opened in 2007 and has a concert capacity of 19,500. These three shows will be her only ones on the Red Tour that will take place in the New York metropolitan area. New York City-based fans may take a PATH train about 20 minutes from Manhattan to the concert; those from elsewhere may access the arena by taking New Jersey Transit, Newark Light Rail or Amtrak.
The artist hit it big right off the bat as her eponymous debut album peaked in the fifth position of the Billboard 200 and rocketed to the top of the Top Country Albums chart. It also reached a top-100 position on charts in Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. “Fearless” was released two years later in 2008, and it reached the top five on each of those charts in addition to the chart in Norway.
“Speak Now” came out in 2010, and this piece of art topped each of those charts with the exception of the UK Albums Chart in which it peaked in the sixth position. “Red” was released on Oct. 22, and it has been her best-performing album to date. It has topped charts in the United States, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. It has also peaked at No. 2 on the Norwegian chart.
