The Met Life meeting held by Edina Realty's Kris Lindahl covered the specifics of the lender's short sale process.
Blaine, MN (PRWEB) January 02, 2013
The experienced Edina Realty real estate agent Kris Lindahl held a Met Life short sale meeting on Tuesday evening. Lindahl used the meeting to introduce and simplify the Met Life short sale process. Lindahl also used his time to include tutorials for several online resources that he says will speed up and smooth out the process as a whole.
The meeting began with Kris Lindahl explaining the many steps in the Met Life process. He explained how finding the right agent and having an adequate amount of time are two very important steps. An agent and a Met Life will be in constant conversation once a buyer is found for the home. Once an agent and a Met Life representative have agreed on a selling price they will write up a short sale approval letter.
"Getting to this final step of the approval letter can take a long time,"Kris Lindahl explained at the meeting, and continued,"But with the right agent and the right tools a person can get there sooner and easier." Lindahl explained that the technological tools that he has exclusive access to gives him the edge over other agents nationwide.
The meeting was part of a larger campaign being led by Kris and his team of hard working, full-time Edina Realtors who hold designations such as Certified Distressed Property Experts (CDPE), Short Sale & Foreclosure Resources (SFR), and Council of Residential Specialists (CRS). Lindahl received the Chairman's Award from Edina Realty, the highest honor a real estate agent can receive, for excellence in sales and sales volume.
