Youspreadlove.com is declaring that 2013 is to be a year of greater love for all. The new social media style site has a purpose to help millions of people express love and appreciation to the people in their lives in a deeper more meaningful way. It is set to launch on Valentine's Day.

CEO, Ian Fenn said "With all the communication taking place on the internet today, why is it we seldom take to time to tell those important in our lives how we really feel?"

The idea behind the site came from a profound experience Ian had at his father's funeral. He noticed in talking to his father's friends that they all had one thing in common, a deep regret that they had not been able to tell his father how much they admired and appreciated him before it was too late. As Ian spoke to others about this he realized that this was universal problem. "People sometimes feel awkward or they cannot find the right time to express how they feel or how much they appreciate the people important in their lives, even when it comes to thanking parents they love for what they have done in their lives."

Youspreadlove.com has several ways to help bring friends and family closer together, one of which is the LoveAlbum which is a collaboratively made printed book containing all the thoughts and feelings of a group of people about one person. This can be given for special occasions such a birthday, wedding, retirement or simply to celebrate of person's life. The fact that these books are created online and that the whole process is shared by all those involved actually brings family and friends closer together and makes it easy to express these otherwise unsaid words of love. The result is that those who contribute to the LoveAlbum are changed by the experience, because in writing it down, they really get to see just how much the other person has brought to their lives, and express this fully to the person they love or admire. The person receiving the book full of these words gets a giant dose of something we all need more of, namely validation and love. LoveAlbums have already been made and given out and the results show that everyone involved, not just the person receiving the book, is often changed by the experience. Everyone gets to feel better when they are told how much they are loved and appreciated.

"We are almost ready to bring this to the world. It has been a labor of love and we have built a social media style site that can be a force for love in the world," said Ian Fenn.

The site is in the final stages of testing and building. It recently launched a crowd funding campaign on Indiegogo.com/youspreadlove to help with the costs of finishing the programming. The company is seeking further investor funding as well to help take the idea global.

YouSpreadLove.com is planning to announce two additional ways it intends to help people express more love on the lead up to its launch on February the 14th.
