Now that the U.S. Congress has passed the Federal Aviation Administration Modernization and Reform Act, thousands of unmanned drones are slated to appear in American skies by 2015, according to a recent U.S. News Weekly article.

But their use has to be consistent with the established rules with regard to search and seizure. The same thing that you would have to obtain to use a wiretap, you would have to have for the use of a drone. This has the potential to be a huge invasion.”
