Fitch Affirms & Withdraws Ratings of Harley-Davidson Funding

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Fitch Ratings has affirmed and simultaneously withdrawn the ratings of Harley-Davidson Funding Corp. (HDFC). A full list of rating actions is below.

KEY RATING DRIVER:

The reason for the rating withdrawal is that the entity no longer exists.

The 'A-' ratings assigned to HDFC's medium term notes, which have been assumed and guaranteed by Harley-Davidson Financial Services, Inc. (rated 'A-/F2' with a Stable Rating Outlook by Fitch), will remain outstanding until their maturities in 2014-2018.

Fitch has affirmed and withdrawn the following ratings:

--Long-term IDR 'A-';

--Short-term IDR 'F2';

--Commercial paper 'F2'.

Fitch also affirmed the following rating:

--Senior unsecured rating 'A-'.
