Grand View Builders Management Reports Record Revenue in 2012 and Projects Stronger 2013

According to Forbes Magazine, the Chief Economists at Trulia (real estate website) named the Houston, San Antonio, Austin and Fort Worth markets as the first, fourth, fifth and ninth (respectively) “healthiest housing markets” for 2013. With a 52% increase in revenue from 2011, management at Texas-based homebuilder, Grand View Builders, projects continued success in 2013 as an industry leader. Grand View Builders currently serves the Houston, San Antonio, Austin and Fort Worth markets and their business proves to strengthen year-over-year. They are expanding their portfolio in the New Year through a new sub-company, GVB Custom Homes, and a new Design Center.

Throughout the past year, Grand View Builders' 14-person sales team sold 161 properties, far exceeding their 136 sales in 2011. The first quarter of 2012 saw a 30% increase in home sales compared to their 2011 first quarter sales. Throughout the year, Grand View Builders helped 25 families move into their dream homes through their Build On Your Lot initiative. Currently, more than 20 percent of Grand View Builders' home sales this year are from the Build On Your Lot program.

Grand View Builders was recognized by the Greater Houston Builders Association and awarded the 2012 PRISM Award for “Houston's Best Custom Home Elevation Under $400,000” for their Stewarts Forest Model. This model was also an award finalist in 2012 for “Houston's Best Custom Home Design Under $400,000.” The PRISM Awards is an annual event that honors and supports companies in the Houston homebuilding industry and distinguishes their successes with awards.
