DermOne Announces Acquisition of Atlantic Dermatology

DermOne is pleased to announce that on December 31, 2012, it closed on the acquisition of Atlantic Dermatology of Wilmington, NC. This is DermOne's second major acquisition this year. Atlantic was founded by Dr. Jonathan Crane, who will continue to lead the practice in Wilmington but will also join the DermOne leadership team to head up the DermOne expansion in North Carolina.

Atlantic Dermatology (www.atlanticdermatology.com) specializes in Cosmetic, Laser, Medical and Surgical Dermatology. It was established in 1994 to provide top quality skin health care and to become the gold standard of dermatology in Eastern (coastal) North Carolina. Atlantic was founded by Dr. Jonathan Crane.
