First General Bank Declared Cash Dividend


First General Bank, Rowland Heights, announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of twenty five cents per common share, payable on January 4, 2013, to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 19, 2012.

“First General Bank continued to perform exceptionally well in 2012,” noted President and Chief Executive Officer Cliff Hsu. “Our strong balance sheet and favorable income prospects allow us to provide an increase of dividend payment by 25%, as compared to last year, while also preserving financial and operational resources to grow the Bank, and enhancing value for shareholders.”
