Street Toyota-Scion announces its Employee of the Week. Hannah McMillian, Street Toyota-Scion Internet Marketing Coordinator was selected as the Employee of the Week for the week ending on December 28, 2012.

“I am really excited to have been selected as the Employee of the Week here at Street Toyota,” McMillian said. “I love my job because of the friendly environment, all the employees and managers here are really nice and they are the reason I try my best to be the best employee I can be each day.”

Each week the Street Toyota Scion Mangers meet and discuss who they believe has excelled as an employee and names them the Employee of the Week.

The benefits of awards such as these are numerous. Employees of the Week receive a $25 gift card and a parking spot nearest the door for a week. Later, all employees of the week for the month are eligible to be the Employee of the Month and the winner receives a $50 gift card and a parking sport nearest the door for a month.

Bonnie Brakey, Customer Relations Manager, operates and controls the friendly, yet rewarding competition every week.

“The recipient of any of these awards receives a most important benefit: bragging rights,” Brakey said.
