Three New Missouri Counties Launch E-Recording with Simplifile
Stone County, St. Francois County, and Dent County, Mo., are now available for land document e-recording through Simplifile.
Farmington, MO (PRWEB) December 14, 2012
Simplifile, the nation's largest electronic recording (e-recording) service provider, announced today the opening of three new Missouri counties to begin e-recording land documents with Simplifile: Stone County, St. Francois County, and Dent County.
“With e-recording, we are able to increase the efficiency and enhance the services we provide to the public and our submitters,” said St. Francois County Recorder Steve Grider.
For organizations such as title companies and banks that traditionally submit documents to these three counties via mail, runner, or courier service, the availability of e-recording enables them to submit their documents via the Internet using Simplifile's software.
“It just makes things so much simpler,” said Cindy Ard, Dent County's recorder of deeds. “You don't have to handle the document, and the money is deposited directly into your account. Everything has run smoothly and efficiently.”
E-Recording has been proven to not only save time and money, but also to accelerate document recordings and increase the security of documents filed with the county.
“Our e-recording service is second to none,” said Paul Clifford, president of Simplifile. “We are confident that these three counties and every new county that begins e-recording will find the same level of satisfaction that more than 800 other counties currently e-recording with Simplifile experience.”
With the addition of Dent, Stone, and St. Francois, there are now a total of 35 Missouri counties using Simplifile's e-recording service.
Simplifile is the nation's largest and fastest-growing e-recording service. Simplifile supports thousands of e-recording customers including title companies, banks, attorneys, lien filers, and other organizations that create and submit documents to more than 800 local, state, and federal government jurisdictions. Simplifile's electronic document services save time and the expense associated with traditional document submission methods. Simplifile is focused on building the industry's largest and easiest-to-use e-recording service for organizations of all shapes and sizes.
