GDT Tek, Inc., executes MOU with Green USA Recycling, Corp.
LARGO, Fla., Dec. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- GDT Tek, Inc., (OTC: GDTK) a company focused on renewable and sustainable energy technologies announced today that it has executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Green USA Recycling, Corp. The MOU delineates how the two Companies work together on the various projects that are available to both Green USA Recycling and GDTK.
Green USA Recycling, Corp., recycles 100% of waste material thereby eliminating the need for landfills. Green USA Recycling, Corp., manufactures RDF pellets for electric utilities. GDT Tek will be providing Phoenix units at their electric generation facilities recovering heat from the operations supplying electricity to the power grid.
