Thought Leaders to Participate in Forum on Dec. 10 to Discuss Innovative Ways to Help Small Businesses Boost Profits, Reduce Environmental Impact


LOS ANGELES, Dec. 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Former California Environmental Protection Agency Secretary Terry Tamminen, Verizon Chief Sustainability Officer Jim Gowen, state Sen. Curren Price Jr. and others will participate in a discussion about ideas, solutions and public policy to help small businesses become more sustainable. A networking  lunch and the opportunity to visit the interactive Verizon Small Business booth and other exhibitors will follow the program, to be held on Dec. 10.


A forum hosted by the University of Southern California Schwarzenegger Institute for State and Global Policy, and Verizon, at which thought leaders in sustainability, technology, public policy and business will discuss how to help small business become more sustainable.
