HealthQuest Aids Locals in Wake of Hurricane Sandy
With a majority of the area still without power following the destruction caused by Hurricane Sandy, HealthQuest generously opened its doors to residents in the community. Guests were encouraged to escape the cold and darkness of their homes and enjoy the club's accommodations.
Flemington, NJ (PRWEB) November 04, 2012
Those affected by power outages were invited to use the facilities to shower, recharge batteries, connect to free wireless Internet, and stay warm. HealthQuest's General Manager, Deirdre Whalen says, “Members have been very understanding and welcoming to share the facility with guests in this time of need. The staff has gone above and beyond to accommodate the extra traffic. When I see how well our staff pulls together to help take care of our Members and the community, I can't help but feel proud as a General Manager.” The appreciation of the local community can be seen on the HealthQuest of Hunterdon Facebook page, where many thankful individuals have left some kind words for the club.
Updated public notices and visitation times can be found at http://www.healthquest-fitness.com. Guests wishing to exercise or participate in any classes or programs are required to pay the posted Guest Fees at the Reception Desk.
