US Poster Compliance includes new minimum wage documents on all respective state compliance posters.

United States (PRWEB) November 02, 2012

With so much on the line this election day, the future of our economy is one of the hottest topics of the recent presidential debates. As millions of Americans prepare to cast their ballots, several states throughout the country are already announcing minimum wage increases for 2013. In the past month, Oregon, Ohio, Washington, Montana, Florida, and Arizona released new figures for next year, and Colorado is expected to join the list soon.

Although there's no anticipated raise in the Federal Minimum Wage, which is currently set at $7.25, these state-wide raises will affect the national chains and local businesses that rely on lower income workers.

"The businesses in these states are not only going to be required to pay higher wages, but they will have to update their compliance posters to reflect the increases," said Sean Lukasik, owner of US Poster Compliance in Corning, NY. "So we're offering a product that can help businesses avoid some of the costs of minimum wage increases."

US Poster Compliance is offering a 12-month Compliance Package for businesses that don't want to pay for the required documents each time there's a change in minimum wage. The packages also provide free updates whenever a state or federal Department of Labor makes changes to other required postings.

"Our compliance package is not only a way for businesses to save money in the long run, it's a way to provide peace of mind," said Brandon Eaton, co-owner of US Poster Compliance. "These businesses don't have time to track labor law changes, but they're still required to post the new documents. With this product, we'll automatically provide the new posters every time there's an update."

The blog at http://www.USPosterCompliance.com tracks minimum wage changes and all other poster updates throughout the country. For more information on their 12-month Compliance Package, visit USPosterCompliance.com/12-month-compliance-package.
