He said that it is a frustrating situation because is for the most part immune to liability through a federal law, namely Section 230C of the Communications Decency Act which Roberts describes tongue-in-cheek as being nothing less than "state-sponsored cyber terrorism". Roberts has also published a brief video explaining why he thinks this law is flawed, the video is titled "Section 230C Communications Decency Act; why it needs to be changed"
