“Sharing scientific literature within an organization is tricky and has many pitfalls,” said Margaret Basket, Customer Relationship Manager at Elsevier (QUOSA). “Organizations that take the time to do it right,” said Basket, “stand to reap substantial rewards in terms of information efficiency, copyright compliance and cost savings.”

During the one-hour webinar, three distinguished guest speakers will discuss how some top life-science companies are making the most of their scientific literature and other information resources. Topics will include:

  •     Monitoring scientific literature more effectively;
  •     Building a robust product literature database;
  •     Overcoming common information sharing challenges; and
  •     Saving time and resources with automated document delivery.

The guest speakers are Margaret Basket, Customer Relationship Manager at Elsevier (QUOSA) and Past Chair of the PHT Division; Heather Desmarais, Senior Knowledge Services Specialist at Cubist Pharmaceuticals; and Natalie Rainford, Manager AIM Library at Astellas Pharma. The webinar will be moderated by Sean Smith, Vice President of Marketing at InfoDesk.

This webinar is the fourth and final part in the pharma intelligence webinar series produced by InfoDesk and the PHT Divsion of SLA.
