Turkcell (NYSE:TKC, ISE: TCELL), the leading communications and technology company's 100% subsidiary Turkcell Global Bilgi, Turkey's leading customer relations management center have received 2 awards at the world's largest call center sector organization; ContactCenterWorld's 2012 Top Ranking Performers Awards.  Turkcell has been ranked first in the Best Outsourcing Partnership category, while ranking second for the Best Self-Service Technology for a Contact Center.

Turkcell Global Bilgi received its "Best Outsourcing partnership" award for Turkey's Ministry of Labor and Social Security Communication Center, which was held up as an exemplary public project with a high solution rate of 87% for initial contact and customer satisfaction.  The Labor and Social Security Communication Center contributed millions of Turkish Lira to the country's economy in one year.  Turkcell Global Bilgi won its other award in the "Best Self-Service Technology for the Contact Center" category for the Voice Recognition technology, acknowledged globally as exemplary technology that reduces confirmation time to 5 seconds on average, in cases where confirmation and id verification is requested of customers.  

Ranking among the top 3 each year in the ContactCenterWorld's world finals, Turkcell Global Bilgi, in 2011 received the "Best Contact Center" and "Best Incentive Scheme" awards; positioning it as the World's champion for the third consecutive time, and thus being a great source of pride for Turkey itself.
