HOUSTON, TEXAS, Nov. 1, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Halcón Resources Corporation HK ("Halcón" or the "Company") today announced plans to release its third quarter 2012 financial results on Thursday, November 8, 2012 before trading begins on the New York Stock Exchange.
