PASS TV Sharing Taste of PASS Summit 2012 via Free Live-Streaming Sessions, Keynotes, WIT Luncheon


The Professional Association for SQL Server (PASS) is sharing a slice of its PASS Summit 2012 conference with Microsoft SQL Server professionals around the world via free live-streaming of technical sessions, keynotes, and other activities Nov. 7-9.

In its debut at PASS Summit, PASS TV will provide 12 hours of daily programming, including live-streaming of technical sessions, keynotes by Microsoft Senior Vice President Ted Kummert and Corporate Vice President Quentin Clark Nov. 7 and 8, and the Women in Technology Luncheon and Panel Discussion Nov. 8. The channel will also feature interviews with top SQL Server experts and speakers, community leaders, PASS volunteers, and sponsors. PASS TV will then replay the day's programming overnight.

“PASS Summit is a community conference – planned and presented by the SQL Server community for the SQL Server community,” said PASS VP of Marketing Thomas LaRock. “And we're thrilled that even if you aren't able to join us in Seattle, you'll be able to tune in to PASS TV and participate in some incredible SQL learning and community activities wherever you are.”

All PASS TV programming will be live-streamed and replayed from the PASS Summit website. The Microsoft SQL Server Home page,, will also live-stream the content from 7:45am - 10:15am PT Wednesday and Thursday and until 11:15am Friday, including keynotes, Microsoft executive interviews, and Dr. David DeWitt's special Friday spotlight session on “Big Data Meets SQL Server.”
