The Manitowoc Company, Inc. Board of Directors Approves 8-Cent Per Share Annual Dividend
At its meeting today, the Board of Directors of The Manitowoc Company, Inc. (NYSE: MTW), declared a cash dividend of 8 cents per share of common stock, payable on December 10, 2012, to shareholders of record on November 30, 2012.
