Revolution in Education, Creativity and Power Management, a Concise Program of Emotional Education
Creativity and Power Management, CPM, is a user-friendly integrative diagnostic and therapeutic emotional education program founded on the Formal Theory and its assessment instrument
Manchester, VT (PRWEB) October 31, 2012
Training for Clinical Professionals November 17 - 18 2012
CPM delivers mental health services efficiently and cost-effectively with the core concept of power management. The premise is that the unconscious mind seeks to resolve conflict. We recognize four alternative ways of resolving, the relational modalities as wellness diagnoses. Pathology begins as power mismanagement. Health is restored as a person identifies his relational modality and learns how to manage power optimally.
Two key advantages over other programs:
CPM has a solid conceptual foundation on the nature of the unconscious as a circumscribed measurable conflict resolving entity and its technological application, using creativity for self-discovery, generating a very meaningful self-assessment that is educational, diagnostic and therapeutic.
The conceptual model is based on understanding of the unconscious advanced in Conflict Analysis, the Formal Theory of Behavior, 1988, and the technological is founded on a manual driven psychotherapy, based on the Conflict Analysis Battery, a self assessment, also published in 1988.
The battery is the key to a user-friendly comprehensive emotional education program that leads to demonstrable improvement of therapy outcome, while diminishing the reliance on medicinal treatments and costly professional services.
Creativity and Power Management combines the assessment with a cognitive educational segment presented in ‘Science Stealing the Fire of the Gods and Healing the World,' 2011.
Educational versus therapeutic focus
This program has two alternative delivery modes:
one is as a concise and comprehensive wellness psycho-educational program emphasizing the cognitive segment and the other, a diagnostic and therapeutic program for psychiatric evaluation and therapy settings emphasizing the experiential assessment tool segment.
- The purely educational program can be delivered as wellness emotional education in the classroom and for the general public.
- The purely assessment program can serve as intake evaluation, as inpatient and out patient therapy, to organize information within self-help communities, and for staff training programs. The options may be useful in hospitals, prisons, clinics, and the evaluation of people at medical clinics as well as within the social justice system.
