Fifteen Digital plans new strategy launch


Digital firm Fifteen Digital is to launch a brand new strategy to help improve on its already-high customer service and satisfaction rating.

Fifteen Digital, which operates from offices in the North East and Stoke, is finalising a strategy which is expected to increase the Company's turnover by 30 per cent as its staffing levels continue to grow.

Team Fifteen has been adopted as the name of the new strategy development project, which is focusing on improving a range of areas to enable Fifteen Digital to provide an even higher level of customer service over the coming months.

These areas include the setting of generous budgets for Fifteen Digital's staff training, simplifying the roles and responsibilities of each staff member at the Company, improving on the list of benefits of working within Team Fifteen and reviewing and increasing the benefits of out-sourcing to Fifteen Digital in particular.

Fifteen Digital decided to commit to these various changes after conducting its market research survey earlier this year and discovering that North East companies are planning to increase their social media and digital marketing activities spend in 2012 to 2013 by a huge increase of 480 per cent.

In addition, the survey also highlighted that South East B2B and B2C companies plan on increasing their digital marketing budgets by 91 per cent from £28,000 to £53,500 throughout 2012 to 2013.

The top six activities on which Fifteen Digital's respondents plan to increase their spend are search engine optimisation (SEO), email marketing, social media marketing, website redevelopment, internet advertising and video production.

Taking into account these main areas of focus, Fifteen Digital is confident that it is well-placed within its sector to take advantage of the spending increases and continue its growth into 2013 and beyond.
